Meet Our Team

Every therapist at Hope ABA Therapy has been background-checked, credentialed, and trained before their first session. These are the people who show up for your family every day.

Yuseinny Valle

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) | LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)

Languages Spoken: English, Spanish (fluent)

Yuseinny Valle, BCBA, LBA, brings a unique international perspective to her work in Applied Behavior Analysis, having launched her career in Spain before relocating to the United States in 2020. Since then, she has worked with children with autism and diverse developmental needs across home, school, and community settings throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

Yuseinny is deeply committed to serving Spanish-speaking families, ensuring that language is never a barrier to understanding or advocating for a child’s therapeutic journey. Her approach is grounded in culturally responsive, relationship-first care — and she takes pride in building the kind of trust with families that leads to meaningful, lasting progress.

Outside of work, Yuseinny enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, and being with her loved ones.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

A BCBA holds at least a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, completes supervised fieldwork hours, and passes a national certification exam through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). At Hope ABA Therapy, every child’s treatment plan is written and supervised by a BCBA.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

An RBT is a trained paraprofessional who provides direct therapy under BCBA supervision. RBTs complete required training, pass a competency assessment, and maintain BACB credentials. At Hope ABA, every RBT is background-checked and works under ongoing BCBA oversight.

Our story

Why Hope ABA Therapy Exists

When Reynaldo started Hope ABA Therapy, the ABA landscape in Phoenix had a specific problem. There were providers, but families were waiting. There were clinics, but children needed support at home and at school. There were English-language programs, but Spanish-speaking families were being turned away or paired with therapists who could not communicate with the people raising their children.

Hope ABA Therapy was built to solve those specific problems.

We keep our availability current so families do not spend a year on a waitlist while their child misses the most critical window for early intervention. We go to the home and the school because that is where children actually live and learn. We hire bilingual staff because language should never be the reason a child does not get help. We are a local practice, not a national franchise. The people running your child’s program are the same people you speak with when you call.

OUR VALUES

Honesty

We tell families exactly what to expect what we can and cannot do, and what their insurance covers before they commit to anything. No surprises, no pressure.

Respect for Every Child

Every child in our program is treated as an individual with their own strengths, their own pace, and their own goals.

Respect for Every Family

Families are central to therapy. Your input helps shape the treatment plan, and your BCBA keeps you informed every step of the way.

Consistency

We show up on schedule, collect data at every session, and address progress concerns quickly. Families count on us for steady, reliable care.

Access

Quality ABA therapy should be accessible. We accept AHCCCS/Medicaid, verify insurance, and help children start care sooner.

Compassionate Care

We meet every child and family with patience, understanding, and support, creating a care experience that feels safe, respectful, and personal.
