Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT)

As an RBT at Hope ABA Therapy, you will work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes and schools, implementing individualized ABA therapy programs designed and supervised by our BCBAs. You will be a consistent, trusted presence in your clients’ lives and in their families’ lives.

What we are looking for :

RBT certification (required) OR willingness to obtain certification — we will support you through the process
High school diploma or higher (bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
Experience working with children, especially children with autism or developmental disabilities
Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred — most of our families are Spanish-speaking)
Reliable transportation within the Phoenix metro area
Clean background check

What you will do :

Deliver direct ABA therapy sessions in home and school settings
Implement behavior intervention plans written by the supervising BCBA
Collect accurate session data at every visit
Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
Attend regular supervision sessions with your BCBA
Communicate progress and observations to the clinical team
